It is very results based and focusses on primarily weight training. 1. Daily weight check ins to monitor fluctuations. 2. Help with eliminating what foods benefit your training and weight loss and which foods do not quite work. This helps you to realise that one cheat meal or a bit of alcohol will not ruin your training. 3. Training minimum 3 times a week for one hour. 4.
