So for the first time I looked for a PT and found Rich. I thought my wife would think I was mad but she thought it was a great solution for me and it has been. I have been working with Rich twice a week since January 2017 and it's great. Rich varies the routines using weights and exercises such as boxing which I really enjoy. He increases the weights and the time of the routines to keep challenging me and increasing my fitness. When I started I could do very little and now I am doing more weights and routines than I thought I would. I am an older person so Rich is also very careful not to overstretch me on one session which is comforting too. I now know this is a long term solution for me so I have even bought my own weights and bench too. Rich is very knowledgeable on diet and nutrition although I have yet to take this on board as much as the exercise.
