However, many of my online clients go to the gym as its huge range of equipment makes training much easier. My clients prefer using an online personal trainer because they like working out without a trainer (alone or with friends) but they want a plan with solid guidance that they know will work and support wherever they are and at any time.

Innovative Tools and Platforms: I use a comprehensive spreadsheet I designed & created on Google Sheets to deliver workouts, track progress, and allow communication. These tools make it easy for my clients to stay connected and engaged as well as look back on the achievements they’ve made throughout their training journey.

Fitness Watches: I encourage clients to use fitness watches to track cardio and steps. This allows for more consistency and data which further helps their progress.
