Understanding Client Goals: Understanding client goals is often the most difficult part, as clients don’t always know what they want. I also need to make sure they are realistic and achievable. Once I’ve got this right, I can then start creating a plan to help you achieve your fitness goals .

Establishing Clear Objectives: Together, we set clear and achievable time-based objectives, to help build a tailored training & nutrition plan that aligns with your individual needs, preferences and goals.

Bespoke Training Program:

Tailored Workout Plans: Based on the client’s goals, fitness level, and preferences, I develop customised workout plans that are designed to deliver the results you want.

I try to build a plan that’s both challenging but at the same time not too demanding that it can’t be achieved.

These plans take into account factors such as exercise preferences, equipment availability, what exercises you enjoy and how much time you have to work out.

Personalised Nutrition Plans:

Comprehensive Nutrition Guidance: I then look at building a nutrition plan and giving meal planning advice that will get you the best results. This needs to have some flexibility and allow for social occasions but also has to provide discipline and structure.

My secondary goals here are to educate clients, so you understand how nutrition works and to help you build a healthy relationship with food.

This includes education on healthy eating habits, portion control, and fuelling their bodies for performance and recovery.

Virtual Coaching and Support:

Regular Communication: Communication is key to the success of our training journey. I like to have regular contact with my clients through email, WhatsApp, video calls and phone calls to help them with the support, motivation and accountability that they need.

Addressing Challenges: Having been through the process myself and 20 years of helping others I can help you overcome plateaus, navigate a busy schedule, deal with setbacks and self-doubt. I’m your mentor and will be there to offer guidance and encouragement every step of the way.

Flexibility and Accessibility:

Workout Anytime, Anywhere: One of the greatest benefits of online personal training and fitness coaching is the flexibility it gives you. Clients can access their workouts and communicate with me from anywhere as long as they’ve got an internet connection. This will help you fit exercise into your busy schedules.

No Gym Required: If you haven’t got time to get to the gym, online training eliminates the need for a gym membership which means you can exercise in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.

However, many of my online clients go to the gym as its huge range of equipment makes training much easier. My clients prefer using an online personal trainer because they like working out without a trainer (alone or with friends) but they want a plan with solid guidance that they know will work and support wherever they are and at any time.

Embracing Technology:

Innovative Tools and Platforms: I use a comprehensive spreadsheet I designed & created on Google Sheets to deliver workouts, track progress, and allow communication. These tools make it easy for you to stay connected and engaged as well as look back on your achievements that you’ve made throughout your training journey.

Fitness Watches: I encourage all of my local and online clients to use fitness watches to track cardio and steps. That’s become key in helping my clients achieve results over the years. This allows for more consistency and data which further helps their progress.
